And I mean it: lifetime access means that as long as this course exists and you need my help, you're welcome to participate and get support.
The program walks you through a step-by-step process to help you choose and use the right gut health changes for you, including exercises, worksheets, resources, and access to my expert support and help. The course also includes optional access to the GI MAP stool test and SIBO breath testing, as well as resources for interpreting them.
Curriculum Overview
Phase 1: Assess your case history with my signature assessment method, to identify your optimal gut healing opportunities.
Phase 2: Complete specific and targeted diet, supplement, or lifestyle experiments using my signature Iterative Action Method.
Phase 3: Using what you've learned in Phase 2, create your long-term IBS relief management plan.
One of the biggest issues I see for people struggling with digestive symptoms is that they have SO. MANY. QUESTIONS, and they need a lot of support figuring out how to do it all.
And their doctors, naturopaths, or other practitioners are too busy or too expensive to give them the kind of support they need during their healing process. Not to mention that most doctors' practices are so full that it's hard to get a timely appointment when you need help.
Or even worse, people with poop problems are trying to go it alone with Dr. Google, and aren't sure what to do, when to do it, or how!
And I'm going to guess that you've discovered that there's a lot more to healing your gut than simply following a meal plan!

The Calm Digestion Method is a long-term mentorship program that is designed to give you the coaching support you need to discover the diet and lifestyle changes for YOU that will help you resolve IBS symptoms.
It includes training in a method of testing and applying diet changes, supplement use, and habit changes to support healthy digestion. It walks you through how to use this method to find what works best for you. It also includes optional GI MAP and SIBO breath testing and interpretation.
Because the Calm Digestion Method is a long-term mentorship, program admissions are by application only. I personally meet with every potential student to make sure they are a good fit for the program and our community. You can apply for a Discovery Call here.
My number one goal when working with clients is to help them uncover their personal long-term symptom resolution plan. This takes more time than a few scattered sessions can achieve. For this reason, I no longer see clients privately, and work exclusively with clients inside The Calm Digestion Method.
I work exclusively with clients with IBS or SIBO symptoms including bloating, constipation, diarrhea. This may also include people who have been diagnosed with IBD (Ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease) or diverticulitis.
I do not currently support clients with reflux or heartburn, gastritis, gastropareisis, complex chronic illness, Lyme disease, or mold illness, unless bloating, constipation, or diarrhea are a significant part of your symptom picture that you want to work on. If in doubt, apply for a session, and we'll determine if you're a fit together!
What is the program investment?
There are several payment options for students who are accepted into the program, but the program tuition is comparable to several visits to a naturopath but with lifetime access to support, making it a good value.
